21st Century Real Estate School provides real estate education and related instructional services, including pre-license, continuing education, and other real estate training programs where offered.

Students are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy any applicable eligibility requirements for the course or license they intend to pursue.

Students may not skip required instructional material or manipulate the course system to obtain completion credit without completing the required instruction.

Courses may be delivered in whole or in part through third-party services such as Dearborn REcampus, Zoom, GoDaddy, payment processors, or other technology providers.
Students may be required to accept those providers' terms and privacy policies.
21st Century Real Estate School is not responsible for temporary outages or technical interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Course materials, presentations, videos, handouts, quizzes, recordings, study guides, graphics, and other educational materials may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws.

Students are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

Cheating, falsifying attendance, impersonating another student, sharing examination answers, manipulating course tracking systems, or otherwise attempting to obtain improper course credit is prohibited.
Such conduct may result in suspension or termination from the course and may affect eligibility for a completion certificate.
The school may change course schedules, instructors, locations, or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.
If a class must be canceled or rescheduled, the school will make reasonable efforts to notify affected students and provide an alternative when appropriate.
Course prices are displayed at registration.
Payment may be required before you can access course materials or instruction.
