21st Century Real Estate School
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
21st Century Real Estate School requires students to complete all instructional time required for their enrolled course.
Attendance credit is based on actual participation, not simply registration or login activity.
This policy ensures students receive the full instruction required for course completion and that the school maintains accurate attendance and completion records.
Students must complete all required instructional hours.
Depending on the course, instruction may include:
Students will not receive a completion certificate until all required instructional time and course requirements are satisfied.
Students are required to complete all assigned prerecorded lessons.
Course systems may track:
Students may not bypass required content.
If the system prevents skipping ahead or fast-forwarding, students are expected to complete the lesson as presented.
Students attending live online instruction must join the class on time.
Students should enter the online classroom several minutes before the scheduled start time to address any technical issues.
Attendance may be recorded through the online platform and by the instructor.
During instructor-led online classes, students may be required to keep their camera turned on.
The student must remain reasonably visible to the instructor throughout the instructional session.
A blank screen, covered camera, still image, or prolonged absence from view may result in loss of attendance credit for that period.
Students must remain physically present and attentive during class.
Activities that may interfere with participation include:
Brief, reasonable interruptions may occur, but extended absence may affect attendance credit.
Students are expected to participate in the educational process.
Participation may include:
Students who arrive late may lose attendance credit for the instructional time missed.
The student may be required to make up the missed portion before receiving course completion credit.
Students who leave before the instructor concludes the session may lose attendance credit for the portion missed.
Students should remain logged in and participating until the instructor dismisses the class.
A brief internet interruption will generally be handled reasonably.
However, if a student is disconnected for a substantial amount of instructional time, that time may need to be made up.
Students should attempt to reconnect immediately.
Students experiencing camera, microphone, computer, or internet problems should notify the instructor promptly.
Persistent technical problems that prevent required participation may require the student to attend a replacement session.
Breaks authorized by the instructor are permitted.
Students should return from scheduled breaks on time.
Extended breaks or late returns may result in missed instructional time.
Students may be required to verify their identity before or during course participation.
Verification may include:
Account sharing or student impersonation is prohibited.
The school may maintain attendance documentation including:
These records may be used to determine whether a student has completed required instructional time.
Students who miss class time should contact the school as soon as possible.
The school will determine what make-up options are available.
Make-up attendance must satisfy the same educational requirements as the original instruction.
Logging into Zoom, REcampus, an LMS, or another platform does not automatically qualify a student for attendance credit.
Attendance requires actual participation in the instruction.
The school may record online instructional sessions or retain attendance information for educational, administrative, quality-control, or compliance purposes where permitted.
Students should not independently record classes unless the school gives permission.
Online students should maintain a professional learning environment.
Students should:
Students who fail to complete required instructional hours may not receive a completion certificate.
