Fall Massachusetts Real Estate Classes STARTING SOON— Contact Us TODAY
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
21st Century Real Estate School understands that circumstances may change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, transfers, and course access are handled.
A student who wishes to cancel enrollment should contact the school as soon as possible.
Requests should be submitted by email or another written method that provides a record of the request.
If a student cancels before receiving access to online course materials or before attending instruction, the student may be eligible for a refund, less any clearly disclosed non-refundable registration, materials, book, processing, or third-party platform charges.
Once a student has received or accessed digital course materials, online instruction, books, learning platform access, or other educational content, some or all course charges may become non-refundable.
This is particularly important when the school has already incurred non-refundable charges from publishers, learning management systems, textbook providers, or other educational vendors.
Once a student has attended any portion of a live or instructor-led course, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where otherwise required by law.
Physical books, digital books, access codes, software licenses, and similar materials may be non-refundable once issued, activated, downloaded, opened, or otherwise made available to the student.
Failure to attend a scheduled class does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Students should contact the school promptly regarding available make-up opportunities or rescheduling options.
Any make-up instruction must comply with applicable course and regulatory requirements.
At the school's discretion, a student may be permitted to transfer to another available course session.
Transfer requests should be made before the original class begins whenever possible.
Additional fees may apply where third-party platform costs, books, or other expenses have already been incurred.
If 21st Century Real Estate School cancels a course and cannot provide a reasonable replacement session, affected students will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, a course credit, or a refund of the applicable tuition paid.
Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method.
Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post the refund.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any refund or cancellation rights that a student may have under applicable Massachusetts or federal law.
