At 21st Century Real Estate School, we know busy schedules can be a challenge, so we offer flexible learning options for real estate education in Massachusetts. Our online real estate training lets you start immediately after you register and pay.

The first 19 hours consist of online modules through Dearborn RECampus training, which you can complete at your own pace. The 21-hour live portion is conducted via Zoom by Massachusetts-approved real estate instructor Lyn Robinson, with administrative and technical support available as needed.

This format is ideal for those completing their salesperson pre-licensing course, as our goal is to make getting your license as convenient as possible while accommodating your personal and professional commitments.

Who Should Take This Course?

This course is designed for individuals who want to qualify to take the Massachusetts real estate salesperson licensing examination.

No college degree is required, but applicants must satisfy the current requirements established by the Massachusetts Board. Candidates must be at least 18 years old before applying for the salesperson examination.
