Dave is the President and CEO of Consigli Companies, Inc and runs the Commerical Division of Century 21 The Real Estate Group.

Dave has been a Salesperson since 1986 when he first started out in his father's Century 21 Brokerage in Framingham, MA. Dave is known for and sought after for his vast knowledge and experience in all phases of Real Estate, including Commercial, Land Development, and New Construction.

Dave has lived in Milford, MA, for a lifetime. He is the President of the Planning Board and the Geriatric Authority and serves on the Board of Directors at Countryside Nursing Home. 

Dave resides with his wife, Sue, and dog Stella. He enjoys golf, exercising, and visiting with his children and grandson.

Teaching has always been a passionate and rewarding experience for Lyn. She has over 44 years of teaching children and adults, plus 9 years of Real Estate experience that she is very proud of. 

Lyn graduated from Bridgewater State College in 1977, where she received her Bachelor's in Education. Then, in 1992, she graduated with a Master's in Applied Management from Lesley University. She retired from a 30-year career at Verizon Communications in 2008 and decided to enter real estate in 2009. She became a Salesperson in 2012, a Broker in 2019, and a Real Estate Instructor in 2020. 

Lyn resides in Blackstone, MA, with her husband, Paul, a Certified Professional Photographer. Together, they own Paul S. Robinson Photography in Blackstone, MA. 

When she is away from Real Estate (which is not often), Lyn enjoys her family, ballroom dancing, reading, speaking Spanish, computers, and range shooting.
