| Description: | This course combines the Dearborn Modern Real Estate Practice 21st edition, Dearborn Massachusetts Real Estate Practice 11th Edition, and Law, Online self-study, in-person workshops and ZOOM Meetings. The Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons approves this course as the qualifying course for application for a Salesperson license. To be clear: You must complete the online self-study, all coursework, all practice quizzes and practice exams and attend all of the ZOOM meetings and Live-In Person Workshops in order to be handed a School Certificate to be eligible to apply for the PSI Exam. |
